Posted on: June 07, 2017
Philadelphia has been highlighted again in a new report from the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Harvesting the Value of Water: Stormwater, Green Infrastructure, and Real Estate. The report takes a particular focus on the opportunities for green stormwater infrastructure in the real estate industry and the role it can play in helping to manage stormwater. Included in the report are eleven case studies from different cities across the country. Each case study looks at a particular site, its developer, any innovative water management features, and the lessons learned from each case study.
